Alibaba CEO Jack Ma fails to appear at Gurgaon court despite summons

The Gurugram court issued summons to Alibaba and its founder Jack Ma and ordered them to appear in court on Thursday (July 30, 2020) but no one appeared on behalf of ither of the two. On July 20, on the complaint of a former employee, the court ordered Alibaba founder Jack Ma to appear in the court on July 29. However, the case was postponed for Thursday.
