Light aircraft lands on Canada highway, traffic continues to move; video surfaces

A video has surfaced online wherein a Piper PA-28 Cherokee aircraft is seen landing on a highway in Canada's Quebec City, however, the traffic on the highway continue to move. The pilot made an emergency landing due to some mechanical issues. The provincial police confirmed nobody on the plane or on the road was injured.
